Abs, Hips and Glutes is a 50 minute class designed to strengthen, stabilize and tone the abdominal muscles, hips and gluteal muscles. Engage in a variety of different exercises and techniques using circular resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, yoga balls and bodyweight.
